Good to know

Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. New workspaces start on 983.org, and you can connect your own domain from the admin console by adding a few DNS records. We walk you through each one.
Will my old email keep working during the switch?
Our migration tool imports mail, contacts and calendars from most providers, and dual-delivery keeps both inboxes flowing until you cut over. Nothing is lost.
How is billing handled?
Plans are billed per mailbox, per month. Add or remove mailboxes anytime and we prorate the difference. There are no long-term contracts on Solo or Team.
Do you read my mail or show ads?
Never. 983 Mail is funded by subscriptions, not advertising. We do not scan message content to target ads, and we don't sell your data.
