Terms of Service
The agreement between you and 983 Mail. Please read it — using the service means you accept these terms.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using 983 Mail, you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any domain you connect.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for spam, abuse, or unlawful purposes. Full details are in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per mailbox, per month, in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the admin console. Access continues through the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Availability
We target 99.99% uptime and describe any applicable service-level commitments in your plan. The service is otherwise provided "as is."
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 983 Mail is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll post changes here and notify you of material ones. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 983 Mail operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
